We’ve been very lucky in the UK this bank holiday weekend, the sun has been shining for the past four days and temperatures have been north of 20 degrees Celsius which has been a dream. Spring Florals
In the words of Miranda Priestly, “Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.” It may not be anything new, but it’s still a firm favourite for 2018’s warmer months. There’s something about the warmer weather that makes me want to have flowers, flowers and more flowers. I’m a young Theresa May running through a field, apart from the wheat is replaced with flowers, political beliefs significantly altered and the only bombing I’m doing is spraying Viktor & Rolf’s ‘Flowerbomb’ perfume.

Don’t get me wrong, my ‘big coat’ is still on stand-by in case of another bought of snow – it is the UK after all – but on those odd days that reach above 4 degrees I’m definitely embracing a lighter jacket.

My long weekend has consisted of seeing friends and family, reading and of course eating.
MY LIFE: 01
I thought I would do something a bit more relaxed on my blog today and write a chatty, update style post about what I’ve been up to over the last few weeks. I think it’s refreshing to not have a particular focus on a certain topic or theme from time to time, so that’s what I’m doing in this post.
