In the words of Miranda Priestly, “Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.” It may not be anything new, but it’s still a firm favourite for 2018’s warmer months. There’s something about the warmer weather that makes me want to have flowers, flowers and more flowers. I’m a young Theresa May running through a field, apart from the wheat is replaced with flowers, political beliefs significantly altered and the only bombing I’m doing is spraying Viktor & Rolf’s ‘Flowerbomb’ perfume.
April Favourites
April seems to have flown by in the blink of an eye. I’m not complaining – it’s another month closer to my USA jollies, although that does mean I have less time to get saving those dollars. Even though this month feels to have passed in no time at all, I’ve still managed to accumulate a few April favourites.

Don’t get me wrong, my ‘big coat’ is still on stand-by in case of another bought of snow – it is the UK after all – but on those odd days that reach above 4 degrees I’m definitely embracing a lighter jacket.
BANK HOLIDAY UPDATE
Hello and happy Bank Holiday Monday! I hope everyone has had a lovely four-day weekend filled with lots of chocolate. Reading stories about the horrors happening across the globe is a sure fire way to get you down, and whilst it’s vital to stay informed, it’s equally as important to remind yourself that not everything is doom and gloom. In an attempt to cheer things up, I’ve put together some uplifting news stories to warm your heart…
