After quite possibly the longest January ever, I, along with many others I’m sure, am very much looking forward to Spring and Summer. Unfortunately though, the weather is still very much rooted in the depths of winter and we won’t be leaving the house without thermals on for a while. Although I’m longing for denim shorts and cute summer dresses, I’m going to make the most of my winter wardrobe while I still can.
It’s no secret that satin slip skirts have been doing the rounds over the last few months. You could throw a stone into any highstreet shop and the chances are pretty good that you’ll hit one. They come in all different colours and patterns and you probably have at least one in your wardrobe already.
I’ve been working for myself for a little while now, so obviously that means that I have to self motivate a lot and ensure that may days are well spent. There’s no better feeling than shutting your laptop and plonking yourself on the sofa for an evening with Netflix after a productive day. So with that in mind, I thought I’d do a little blog post of some tried and tested (by me) tips that I find really help me get through my daily to-do lists.

Hello and Happy New Year! It’s slightly (very) belated but better late than never eh? My January, as I’m sure is the case with many others, has been accompanied by the dreaded winter cold/sickness bug/general feelings of unwellness. My very generous boyfriend, always eager to share, passed me over his cold symptoms and of course I just had to top it by adding in some vomit too – charming, I know. So whilst I’m feeling sorry for myself on the sofa, I thought I’d share a recent outfit I shot with Dan last week, aka the good old times when I had my health.
