I’m writing this blog post on a Sunday afternoon; I’ve just had a massive roast dinner, Toy Story is on TV and best of all, it’s snowing outside. Sitting here with my Christmas tree lights on, candles burning and a cup of tea is making me feel all kinds of Christmassy so I thought it only appropriate to share my first festive post of the year. If you’re anything like me, you may have quite a bit of Christmas shopping to do and just not enough time to do it in – but worry no more because I’m coming at you with some of the best festive goodies on the market. Read on for some Christmas gift ideas…
To kick it all off, Warehouse has made Christmas shopping a whole lot easier thanks to its drool-worthy gift guide section. You can find the perfect prezzie for mums, sisters, girlfriends and more all at the click of a button – from beautiful jewellery to gorgeous cashmere pieces they really do have a great selection. The best thing is, you can pick up some lovely and high quality pieces without breaking the bank! A few of my personal faves include these amazing statement earrings , classic cashmere gloves (I may have to treat myself to these) and this sleek leather wallet.
Quirky coffee table books always make great gifts, which is something that Utility does very well. My picks are Men of Style , and Always Look On The Bright Side. Of course, they also have very on-trend candles which is also a failsafe Christmas gift.
I don’t know about you, but I’m always in need of socks this time of the year and I’m very happy when I get some in my stocking. There’s something that happens around October time where all my socks just go walkabouts and I usually just make do with odd’uns until Christmas comes around. The great thing about socks is that you can make them personable to suit whoever you’re buying for. My boyfriend has been heavily hinting at this Sgt Pepper pair from Happysocks and I’m very much a fan of these fuzzy ones from ASOS. Sticking with the theme of comfort, pyjamas are also appreciated during the festive period and you can choose some to suit every person – from those who like funky styles to those with more classic tastes.
In terms of beauty, skincare is always a hit with pretty much every lady so it’s a great shout if you’re unsure of what to buy. I’d recommend some Liz Earle goodies, REN gift set or some Kiehl’s treats .
I’m going to leave it here for now folks as my Christmas list is growing longer and longer the more I write! I’m thinking of doing this as a mini-series and putting together a guide for the men in our lives as the next instalment, what do you think?

Thank you so much! I’m pretty new to them myself so I can’t offer much advice I’m afraid. I’ve just been trying to post as much as possible on here and on instagram and I’ve been making sure I’m happy with everything that’s being published – sorry I can’t be of more help! Let me know if you have any other questions π xx
